Yoga and mindfulness provide time-tested and evidence-based means of relaxing, potentially lowering the risk of heart disease and other stress-induced illnesses. This clinic involves Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, slow flow and restorative postures, plus support and knowledge to build healthy “sleep hygiene” at home. Perfect for all recovering from injury, managing stress, and/or looking to optimize their health with productive rest.
