Sleep, Dreams, and Astral Travel

Explore your Subconcious Mind

  • Do you feel refreshed and rested after sleep?
  • Do you remember your dreams or are you someone who doesn’t dream?
  • Have you ever wanted to leave the confines of your physical body and explore the Earth, solar system or universe via your astral or ‘light’ body?

Sleep, dreams and astral travel seem other-worldly-of a different dimension-and well, quite simply, they are. They also retain the common element of a deep mental and physical state of relaxation accompanied by varying degrees of consciousness.

Astral Travel
Sleep, dreams, and Astral Travel

In sleep, the brain cycles through meditative, dream and deep sleep states throughout the night. In dream states, the brain cycles predominantly in the theta (dream) or alpha-theta (portal to subconscious) brainwaves towards the latter sleep cycles. During astral travel, one may be traveling in the dream state or even enter gamma brainwaves, the supraconscious state of altruism and connectivity to the Greater Whole. While most times, we are not in command or even aware of our sleep, dreams or astral travel, if we expanded and directed our consciousness and desires, we have the potential to access these states ‘at will.’

Whether you want to improve the quality of your sleep, catch, alter or better understand your dreams and subconscious mind or experience astral travel ‘at will,’ there are tools and techniques to help you to accomplish your dreams, quite literally. Explore modern and ancient techniques derived from oral tradition and Vedic texts focused on breath, mindfulness and concentration practices that will support the steps and progress for you to accomplish your goals.

Some of the practices include meditation from the Tantras such as trataka, kaya styrhaim, akasha dharan, prana vidya along with awakening psychic centers and energy channels.
