You May Benefit from Meditation

  • Do you suffer unnecessarily as a result of repetitive or negative thoughts?
  • Do you want to improve an area of your life but feel stuck in old patterns?
  • Would you like to transcend everyday stressors in order to be more present and centered but not sure how?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any questions, you may benefit from a mindfulness or meditation practice. How?
Through mindfulness and meditation, gain skills to transcend some of the old patterns in order to make space for new ones. Through dedicated practice and repetition of improved concentration, attention-training, mood-elevators, enhanced perception and visualization tools, you will discover that the practices serve as an adjunct therapy to reduce symptoms that manifest from stress, illness, injury and disease.

Meditation and mindfulness practices redirect our focus and connection back to ourselves. They align us to our true values and goals despite what’s happening in the inner or outer environment. The techniques help to us to elevate ourselves to become Whole and connect with the Greater Whole.

In meditation, one size does not fit all – what works best for one may not be right for another. With so much volume out on the internet, it can be difficult to know where or how to start the right practice for you. Some prefer music, others-no music. Some want short and to the point, and others want long and relaxing. Some want more guidance and others prefer silence.

I offer private Zoom sessions to help you navigate through different techniques and find what’s best suited for you. Through expanding my meditation audio library, I hope to provide more variety and content to help you achieve your personal goals of transformation and transcendence.

For those of you interested in personal Zoom instruction, please inquire about my complimentary consultations and practice sessions.
