This introductory course is designed to educate participants from a variety of viewpoints, introducing sleep cycles, brain wave states, mental hygiene, dream recall, and Yoga Nidra meditation. Fusing together the western scientific and more classical eastern approaches, we'll explore practical applications to meditation, kriya, and pranayama techniques to help restore balance, harmony, and ease into our everyday lives.
