Yoga Nidra for Healing

Description

In this Nidra meditation, performed lying down, the mind journeys through the body to heal areas of pain, physical, mental and/or emotional in the body, using guided imagery to pinpoint areas that need attention and love.  A thirty-minute nidra practice is equivalent to 2 hours of sleep.
